Status of Rule is displayed as "N/A"

Web - Config management
Description
I just added a Directive, and applied it to the default rule "Global configuration for all nodes". I don't recall if this was displayed correctly previously or not, but now it is definitely broken:

- File 3.png 3.png added
- Subject changed from Status of Rules is displayed as "N/A" in Directives screen to Status of Rule is displayed as "N/A"
Actually, this is the same in the Rules screen now:
Note: I created a "SSH configuration" directive, and ticked the box of this Rule from the Directives screen to add it. This may be a way to reproduce.
- Priority changed from N/A to 2
Ok, the issue here is we display immediately the rule list after updating the directive, but we rely on data post promises generation to display the data of the rule (they are computed by generation and stored in database). Once the generation is completed, the status is ok
It happens only with empty rules where you put directives in them
In 2.11, it displayed "Applying" in this case
- Target version changed from 3.0.0~beta2 to 3.0.0~rc1
- Status changed from New to Pending technical review
- Assignee changed from Vincent MEMBRÉ to François ARMAND
- Pull Request set to https://github.com/Normation/rudder/pull/742
- Status changed from Pending technical review to Pending release
- % Done changed from 0 to 100
- Status changed from Pending release to Released
This bug has been fixed in Rudder 3.0.0~rc1, which was released today.
