Technique SSHConfiguration don't reports properly on Aix for component "SSH start at boot" if it is already correctly defined

Description
We check if the service ssh is correctly defined at boot, and define a local calss based on that
however, we make the reporting in another bundle, where this local calss is not available.
We need to copy this class for local scope to global scope to fix reporting
