Recent changes graphe is too wide the first time rule details is opened

Description

In Rudder 3.0.0~beta1, when you want to look for the details of a rule by clicking on the "recent changes" graphe in the list, you see detailled reporting for the rule and an other, big "recent changes" graphe. That one is too wide and goes out of the page. If you swich tabs, change browser window size or any other action linked to the display of the tab, we graphe is correctly resized.
