Description

I've tried rpmPackageInstallation v7.0 on a Suse, and it didn't behave as expected (I had no report, at all)

for some reason, on SLES, the command to get the list of available package is never executed.
Agent log say

rudder> Skipping whole next promise (get_update_list), as context (redhat|zypper_version_ok).first_pass is not relevant
rudder> . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . .

but never goes back to it, so the file with list of package is not generated

On RedHat/Centos it works as expected

Ok, this is super weird; it fails to execute only on SLES with Agent 2.10 ...
Using 2.11 agent works perfectly
