In #5762, we replaced centreon e2s by nxlog; so we need to update the list of dependencies in the tools folders

Is it a problem that this was fixed in 2.11, and the releated issue (#5762) was fixed in 2.10 ?

The check of the tools folder was introduced on 2.11, so it is normal that this ticket targets 2.11
