Display of legend in the dashboard is not really readable

Description

If i hover on the pies on the dashboard, i get notations that are not exactly readable (see screenshot). there should be a clear distinction between percentage and legent.

The legend should be:

Perfect (100%)
    Good ( > 75% )
    Average ( > 50% )
    Poor ( < 50 % )

And it should be use in all places where the other legend was used (Nodes by overall compliance for example)
