Description
On Ubuntu 14.04 LTS, when we upgrade ruder-server-root, all nodes get to no answer because rsyslog is not restarted
Logs says
Dec 16 14:17:07 rudder-server rsyslogd-2307: warning: ~ action is deprecated, consider using the 'stop' statement instead [try http://www.rsyslog.com/e/2307 ]
and calling
service syslog restart
does not fixes the issue
This is at least on 2.11, but surely on 2.10
Thank you upstart !

Restarting rudder-server-root service doesn't solve anything
Rebooting the server fixes the issue
