Rudder stores too much or too big cookies, causing white page with HTTP status: 413: FULL head

Description
Rudder stores cookies for the datatables.
However, they may either be too large and/or too many and they may overflow the header size (see #4378)
In this case, the only good solution is to clear the cookies.
We should clearly avoid these issues, by lowering the number of cookies

Datatables advice to use browser localstorage instead of cookies ! And it seems easy to do : https://datatables.net/blog/2012-01-16
Just have to prefix the value stored with id pf the table Aaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaand it's done

This bug has been fixed in Rudder 2.10.10 and 2.11.7, which were these days.
