Rudder stores too much or too big cookies, causing white page with HTTP status: 413: FULL head

Description

Rudder stores cookies for the datatables.
However, they may either be too large and/or too many and they may overflow the header size (see #4378)
In this case, the only good solution is to clear the cookies.

We should clearly avoid these issues, by lowering the number of cookies
