Description

We never delete the expected reports, and they can get numerous
Having too much of them means extra used space (a little), but many too large queries that slows down the server for reporting

This is similar of what was done in #6050, but for expected reports

This bug has been fixed in Rudder 2.10.10 and 2.11.7, which were these days.
