Hello !
I suggest we remove SASL support from our slapd version for the following reasons:- We do not use it (only simple binds)
- It breaks OS upgrades on some OSes (Debian 6 => 7 at least due to ABI changes/dependency ordering issues)
- Since it is our slapd, we might as well try not to duplicate unneccessarily the functionnalities of the system version and just bundle the features we really need.

This bug has been fixed in Rudder 2.11.8 and 3.0.2 which were were released today.
