Description
In documentation it is said that we can delete properties by setting thei value to "", but that's not possible :(
We should be able to do that

I closed previous PR because the bug was in fact introduced in bad ea16f601ceb098ed7a72bb688e93944a42406aec
The code already exists to manage that case, it is just no more called.
