Description

Documentation does not mention ncf-builder in rudder-documentation and it not explained either how it is organized.

It would take place in technique creation section. splitting it in two:

  • with ncf-builder
    • what is ncf-builder
    • files hierharchy
    • explain saving behavior
  • by hand
    • existing doc
