On Ubuntu 14.04 / Apache 2.4 use /etc/apache2/conf-available instead of the deprecated /etc/apache2/conf

Also, for apache 2.4 (Ubuntu 14.04) config files no longer have just a name like rudder-vhost and rudder-vhost-ssl, but they nowadays need the .conf extension, e.g. rudder-vhost.conf and rudder-vhost-ssl.conf. Please correct this.

Actually, this is a duplicate of #6392 that fixes this one as well as a vhost cleaning issue :)
Rejecting, all should be good apache-wise on Ubuntu now!
(my bad, I should have checked before opening the other one ...)
