Sometimes, we want to add a new action in an existing Technique, and this action would be very much like another one, with a very samll modificaton (for instance, setting permission of another file or another folder).
It would be super convenient to be able to "clone" a generic method with its parameter, that would appear right next where is the original, so that we could simply modify the parameter, and save the result.
