Adding a carriage return in the description of a technique breaks the generated technique

Description
If I type "return" in my technique description, the generated cf file is broken, as the ne line is not commented. Found in 2.11.6, could yet test on newer version
A workaround: start each new line with a "#" so it will be treated as a comment
