Description

Lors de l'affichage des détails d'une PT de la ref lib, un bouton "Add to user lib" existe et affiche une popup qui permet de sélectionner la catégorie de dest dans la user lib.

We can add technique in user lib and move them appart. And in Rudder 3.0, we even auto-add the new technique in the user lib, creating categories if needed.

So closing that bug as "Rudder didn't evolved in that way, sorry, natural selection is a bi***"
