Badly explain minimum requierement for Rudder in documentation

Description

The documentation (http://www.rudder-project.org/rudder-doc-2.10/rudder-doc.html#_hardware_specifications) says that Rudder web application needs only 1GB of RAM, which is correct but really not clear at all: most people will understand that it's the VM that needs 1GB, where in fact it needs 2GB.

Change the documentation accordingly.
