Description

Had some problems when provisioning the server_ubuntu image.

Narrowed this down to the wrong repositories getting added when installing rudder repos, and then when trying to install rudder it was missing an apache module.

I have submitted a PR for this on github.

This was merged in commit:f77bb0deecd21966a2c06933908a706e2e027659 but somehow, the autoclose of the ticket didn't worked.
