I replace the standard "status" output by a much clearer, role-aware one, and keep the old one as "details"

Soooooo... I went a bit ahead of the specs :)
The features:- It's a complete rewrite... :p
- A reworked "status" command as in the screenshot
- A new "details" command which is basically the old status one, better presented
- It is role aware (will only operate on the installed roles, can be basically used on any rudder installation even a simple node)
- DRY, POLA and all the things
