MaxSessions parameter is supported on RedHat 6.3 (at least), but Technique SSHConfiguration prevent from configuring it on this system

Description
Technique SSHConfiguration prevents from configuraiton MaxSession on RedHat, while it work (at least) on 6.5 (but not 5.8)
We should allow to conifugre it, when the parameter is available
- Subject changed from MaxSessions parameter is supported on RedHat 6.5, but Technique SSHConfiguration prevent from configuring it on this system to MaxSessions parameter is supported on RedHat 6.3 (at least), but Technique SSHConfiguration prevent from configuring it on this system
Update: it works on RedHat 6.3 and Centos6.3 also
