Improve the readability of the server installation section of the manual

Description
- The are important elements of configuration appearing after Now jump to the next section to configure your server, which may be skipped when following linearly the documentation.
- The elements targeting a specific version of the distributions are not clearly identified so the users have to read everything, we should make it more visible.
