Description

The openVPN Technique, as it is, requires dpendencies that we ship in Rudder, namely openvpn-2.2.1-1.x86_64.rpm
This makes no sense to distribute ourself deprecated packages. We should stop relying on our packages, and make sure the user that want to use openvpn adds the openvpn repos
