There are some cases when we need to execute commands after each upgrade of Rudder:
- custom commit in system technique we want to reapply
- resynchronisation with a remote git in case of Master/Slave setup
- a lot of others cases
Having to manually execute a command after the upgrade is the bst way to forget to execute it... It would be awesomely cool to have a post upgrade hook that the user would place in a specific location (/opt/rudder/some/where) that would be detected by upgrade scripts, and run by upgrade scripts
Extra refinement: hooks for minor and major upgrades
I'd love it in 2.11, but I can understand if it can be only in 3.1 or 3.2
