Add an option to run cf-agent with -v to rudder agent run

Description
rudder agent run -v
could call cf-agent with -v to help debugging.
Or maybe
rudder agent debug
-v can be added to all rudder agent commands
debug would be specific to run
-> I prefer -v

This bug has been fixed in Rudder 3.0.6 and 3.1.0~rc1 which were released on the 16th June 2015.
