Description

There is broken links in the documentation so that the text of the link doesn't even appear.
For example, it happens for the jetty RAM configuration part.

Moreover, the page for application tuning are spread on two place, what does not make sense.

So, to sum up:
- merge all tuning / application configuration in one place,
- correct links to jetty and postgres configuration.

This bug has been fixed in Rudder 2.10.15, 2.11.12, 3.0.7 and 3.1.0 which were released today.
