The error is: 

a2x: ERROR: xmllint --nonet --noout --valid /var/lib/jenkins/jobs/rudder-doc-2.10/workspace/rudder-doc.xml returned non-zero exit status 4

This bug has been fixed in Rudder 2.10.15, 2.11.12, 3.0.7 and 3.1.0 which were released today.
