Group of groups: let a group contains nodes from an other group

Description
This would allow to have a group of groups.
This would replace the need to have intersection between groups in rules.
Difficulty: avoid circular definitions.

This bug has been fixed in Rudder 4.3.0~beta1 which was released today.
