The rudder server tries to send "uuid.hive" as an inventory

Description
When running rudder agent run on the server, the server tries to send the file uuid.hive to the inventories endpoint, which is not an inventory
- Related to Bug #6904: Ubuntu trusty does not have an /etc/motd by default added
- Target version changed from 3.0.8 to 2.11.13
- Status changed from New to In progress
Nicolas, it has never been a problem before (when it was motd which was sent).
Is it a problem now ?

This should have been done in 3.0 since #6940 was only done in 3.0, backporting 6940 in 2.11 vie sub issue 7235

This bug has been fixed in Rudder 2.10.17, 2.11.14, 3.0.9 and 3.1.2 which were released today.
