Directive detail don't show the OS compatibility version

Description

Once a directive is created, there is no way to know on which OS it is compatible, except by creating a new directive in the exact version.

This defeats the idea on knowing what we can do :(

This bug has been fixed in Rudder 3.0.16, 3.1.10 and 3.2.3 which were released on 2016-06-01, but not announced.
