Currently:
- The "Upgrade Rudder" section in the documentation does not link to the technique upgrade section, and only says "don’t forget that your Techniques will not be upgraded automatically", which is not really helpful
- There are two technique upgrade sections! technique_upgrade and about_technique_upgrades which contains slightly different instructions
