Description
Administration > Settings is misleading, because actually it are settings and actions. Clearing cache is not a setting, is it? I would propose to make a distinction between Administration > Settings and Administration > Actions.

We reworked that menu and do it from time to time. For now, we don't think having an "action" menu is interesting. But we added an menu in settings to make things easier to navigate.
