- Drop down list to select Rudder version in the header
- Button to access the pdf version in the header (like http://neo4j.com/docs/2.2.4/)
- Replace the content of the index page with more interesting content:
- a link to the other docs (quickstart, API)
- a description of the important parts of the manual
- Integrate the FAQ into the manual
