Canonify in ncf doesn't work like cfengine does

Description
cfengine canonifies strings as if they where pure ASCII string:
- an utf8 'é' is 2 characters unknown type, it produces 2 '_'
- an iso-8859-1 'é' is 1 character unknown type, it produces 1 '_'
> do not use \w
> convert utf8 to bytes before processing
