NCF - Have a user managed method directory

Description
It would nice to have a directory that wouldn't be overwritten by NCF updates where a user could put it's own NCF methods that would be loaded automatically.

Hello Olivier!
You can use /var/rudder/configuration-repository/ncf/30_generic_methods to store your methods without having them overwritten by ncf updates
