Description

When we use the option "archive everything", all the rules, directives, groups and traditionnal techniques are exported. But the Technique build with technique editor are not exported (and not imported afterward), causing Directive being based on Techniques not there.
it does not break in the web interface, but at generation but the underlying cfengine code is simply not there.
