Description
Since #7444 and #7445, these errors appear on package installation:

23:18:08 sed: can't read /ncf/common/ncf.conf: No such file or directory

Actually, this was fine in 2.10, but the VAR_RUDDER variable became RUDDER_VAR in 2.11 (whaaat!?)
