Thanks for the bug report, Olivier.

After some careful inspection, it turns out that the bundle being run here is "Check service started at boot", not "Ensure ...". The reason for the confusion is that this is a double bug: the log message in "Check..." is wrong, and says "Ensure...".

Therefore, this is a duplicate of #7223. I will provide a fix on that ticket.
