Blue colour in "Nodes by overall compliance" chart is confusingly the same as "No report" blue

Description

In the pie chart on the dashboard, nodes that have compliance C where 75% <= C < 100%, are displayed in a blue section, the same blue as "No reports" in the web interface compliance.

We should change this to be a non-related colour.
