rudder doc can be misleading on the repo to use for Centos/RHEL

Description
It happens quite often that users try to use the RHEL7 repository on RHEL6/Centos6
Indeed, the documentation refers to the repo RHEL7, and it's easy to miss it.
We could do something like for Debian, where we use lsb_release to get the version number
- Target version changed from 4.0.0~rc2 to 2.11.21
- Status changed from New to In progress
