192.168.45.3> cf-serverd executing cfruncommand: /var/rudder/cfengine-community/bin/cf-agent -f failsafe.cf && /var/rudder/cfengine-community/bin/cf-agent -I -Dcfruncommand,debug

Wich does not remove locks.
