Description

Add a clear of /var/rudder/cfengine-community/state/software_* after a repair on an APT or RPM repo to force the package list update.

Currently, after adding a repo, the user has to wait beween 30 minutes (for RPM technique) and 4 hours (for ncf package_install) to be able to install packages from this new repository.
