Description

Ensuring there is only one line matching a regexp present in a file is a complicated thing,

If there was only one line, only use a replacement and i'ts ok !

But if there was multiple lines... you'll need to do some magic and we will try to explain it here!

This bug has been fixed in Rudder 2.11.21, 3.0.16, 3.1.10 and 3.2.3 which were released on 2016-06-01, but not announced.
