Description
A technique will contain a directory for tests. It will include:
- A metadata file decribing the platforms and test files, and expected compliance
- Files decribing the parameters of the technique
- Files decribing the expected system state (rspec format)
rtf should be able to test a technique with a command like rtf technique ..
