Description

This used to be in the "Upgrade" section right after running the apt/yum/zypper commands but now it is not there.

Also, I think the packaging should output a BIG FAT message telling the user exactly what to do, so you can't miss it.

This bug has been fixed in Rudder 2.11.21, 3.0.16, 3.1.10 and 3.2.3 which were released on 2016-06-01, but not announced.
