When we define node properties via the API, dynamic group are not automatically updated

Description

We can set node properties via the API, but unfortunately, this does not trigger a dynamic group recomputation, so nodes are not changing groups automatically. We have to wait for the next dynamic group update to generate up to date promises

EDIT: still present as of Rudder 5.0.3
