Remove the menu bar if the Technique Editor is opened in an iframe.

Description
NCF Builder needs a menu bar if it is opened in its own page, but not if it is opened in the Rudder application.
In this case, the menu bar takes up too much space and becomes useless. In order to save this space, we should remove it.
