userManagement technique doesn't do anything on Windows on version 5 and 6

Description
In version 5 and 6 of the technique, the system variable NOVA is not declared, hence not included at generation time - none of th eWindows code is generated
and when enabled, it tried to set up file /etc/passwd :/
