Reporting for usermanagement in case of Policy to apply to this account "check only" is missing the Password component report

Description
In case i want to check only user, and check password everytime, component "password" never reports anything :/
At least in version 6.0, maybe in 5.0
- Related to Bug #8599: UserManagement 6.0 fails to add user if the user's default group already exists added
