During an upgrade from 3.x.x (version unknow, but most probably 3.0.3 or 3.2.0), the file rudder-web.properties was replaced, messing with user defined properties
Not more info there, as it was reported on IRC

Benoit, I'm almost sure you were cleaning that sort of things recently. Did you noticed that?

I didn't touch the rudder-webapp package. Moreover the file is still marked as %config(noreplace) so the packaging must not have replaced it.
If it did, there should be a rudder-web.properties.rpmsave file containing the old version.
If not we should search another culprit.
