2.2.2 Configure the package manager
Rudder requires three packages that are not always packaged by SuSE on all versions:
  1. rsyslog-psql
  2. PostgreSQL 9
  3. Java RE (version 7 at least).

=> On SUSE this is called "rsyslog-module-pgsql" not "rsyslog-psql"

Not sure what #1796 is about, but this is where I have also found rsyslog-module-pgsql in my search.
